1. EGSS: Extra Gentle Start and Stop: The new cog belt drive system makes the start and stops so gentle that it can barely be felt. We experimented this by placing a 10 rupee coin on the floor standing vertical; the effect was magical as the coin didn’t topple over as the elevator moved between floors. 2. Cogbelt Drive – A cloth mesh covered cogged belt drive makes the elevator not only smooth but also extremely precise. On top of that there is barely any sound as your travel. Some have compared it to the sound of a leaf falling-in terms of decibels.
   
   
3. Advance Error Notification System (AENS)– Altura  is monitored by an in built computerized processor that would record errors, display errors and even take corrective measures to ensure safety. This system also provides detailed data to your technician from time to time which helps him work on the elevator with more efficiency. This ensures that the elevator is always operational and no one gets stuck inside the elevators. This is working 24 *7 for your safety and maximum reliability.
   
   
4. Minimum Breakdowns: The AENS system and exceptionally high engineering has helped us create a product which the industry has been waiting for: Altura break downs are reduced due to the computer that is assessing the elevator at all times.
   
   
5. Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting: Altura’s system allows us to diagnose a lot of the problems remotely. For example an error code F4 appears and the elevator stops functioning. We can remotely inform you to check something that has been repeatedly jamming the doors as this code relates to “Doors being jammed by force”. Without the need of a technician, your elevator is ready for service.
   
   
6. TUV: I am sure we are all aware of TUV and their remarkable quality and safety testing. ThyssenKrupp is the only elevator that’s certified by TUV. TUV is a German based organization that works on the safety and quality of the products making sure that the bench marks are always maintained.
   
   
7. No dirty greasing and oiling: There is absolutely no dirty greasing and oiling required at all on the Altura. This ensures that your property is clean, odorless and pleasing to see.
   
   
   
8. Fully Imported – Our home elevators are fully imported from Italy and, all our engineers do at the time installation is plug and play. We do not involve ourselves into any kind of taping, welding, ducting or other civil works. Therefore the quality of the lift is completely intact according to European safety standards.
   
   
9. Magnetic Driven Controls - Magnetic technology is already set to become the next revolution, and ThyssenKrupp already being pioneers in this field having an experience of 200+ years in engineering & technology, has used magnet based controls in all the elevators, leading us to have fail-proof mechanism and making our elevators once again, undoubtedly the safest to use.
   
   
10. Seismic Stability Structure:  There is no product that is 100% earthquake proof. Altura elevator is designed to withstand minor seismic activity to keep the inhabitants safe and the structure of the elevator is designed considering seismic conditions. As discussed, going by your specifications, we would be glad to offer you, two of our best solutions to your requirement.  

1. Altura with Shaft: This is basically an elevator with our own metal shaft which is made of galvanized steel and this structure is completely covered by glass on all four sides. This option does not require any sidewall, column, beams and supporting structure.
2. Altura without Shaft: Orion is where you give us either one side wall or three side wall (9 inch brick or 5 inch concrete or a Metal structure covered by glass) for the shaft, to mount our guide rails, drive systems and mechanisms. We provide the cabin, doors and the elevator mechanisms.
